Calvorth LLC, which operates the AI Readiness Network (“ARN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the website at aireadinessnetwork.com (the “Site”) — a curated directory that helps companies find vetted AI experts and firms, organized by AI-readiness dimension. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information you provide to us

  • Assessment & contact forms. Name, email, and any details you choose to share when you take the assessment or contact us.
  • Expert applications & listing claims. Firm name, contact name, role, email, phone, website, location, service description, specializations, and similar details you submit.
  • Accounts. Your directory account profile, saved bookmarks, and preferences.
  • Reviews. The content you post and associated account details.

Our forms are delivered to us through a third-party form service (FormSubmit); submissions are sent to info@aireadinessnetwork.com. We do not process sensitive categories of data (such as government IDs or biometric data).

2. Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising / measurement — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve marketing.

3. Directory listings compiled from public sources

Some firm listings are created by ARN using publicly available business information (for example, a company’s public website). These listings describe businesses, not private individuals, and do not imply that the firm is affiliated with, has endorsed, or has partnered with ARN. If you represent a listed firm and want to claim, correct, or remove your listing, email info@aireadinessnetwork.com or use the “Claim Your Listing” form, and we will promptly update or remove it.

4. How we use your information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and directory;
  • Respond to inquiries and process applications and listing claims;
  • Match companies with relevant experts by readiness dimension;
  • Measure and improve our content and marketing;
  • Send information you request and, where permitted, occasional updates (opt out anytime);
  • Protect the Site, enforce our Terms, and comply with the law.

5. When and with whom we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that operate the Site for us — including our website host and CRM (GoHighLevel / Springboard), our form-delivery service (FormSubmit), and analytics / advertising providers (Google, Meta) — who may use it only to provide those services;
  • When you choose to make information public (a published listing or review);
  • If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ARN or others;
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

When you contact or engage a firm listed in the directory, any information you share with that firm is governed by their privacy practices, not ours.

6. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and pixels for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this policy.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

9. How we keep your information safe

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Information from minors

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under California’s CCPA/CPRA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email info@aireadinessnetwork.com. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask to verify identity and the agent’s authority. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Updates to this notice

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
